I want to commend your company on its customer service and support. We purchased a DS2000 last July. Your tech people were very helpful in the installation, and have solved several other problems or questions since then. Yesterday we determined that we had a bad card with the help of Chris (I think). We received a replacement card before noon today and our system is back up and running. We are a company that depends very heavily on its telephones to conduct business. Great service. Thank you.
