Hi Janine,

If each line has a separate greeting and you don't know the prompt number (1001, 1002, etc) you have two options. The first is to try each prompt until you find it (start at 1005, then 1006, then 1007). The second is to connect a computer to the voice mail and look at how its programmed.

Sometimes a greeting for a second line is set up to go directly into a mailbox. If you want to check this call the second line and note the group number (call for 500, 501, etc). Dial the voice mail and press * # followed by the group number, then check the mailbox greeting.

If you need help we can provide <a href="http://www.telephonesystemsdirect.com/ccp0-prodshow/Technical-Support.html" rel="nofollow">technical support</a> for $50.00 per half hour. Good luck!

We are having difficulty with our samsung idcs 28d. We need to change the greeting and directory for one of our phone lines. The thing is we have two separate phonelines and when I go into the system administration menu I only have the option of changing one greetingnot the other. What do I need to do and how much are your services?
