Greetings,
We have a Samsung DCS 50si. Entering 500 on any handset dials the operator. Extension 209 is the receptionist extension and also receives incoming calls and accepts voice mail during night mode.
Our desire is to change the Auto Attendant greetings for both day and night. However, all documentation that we can obtain does not allow access to changing the greetings. Some documentation states “Call the auto attendant and listen to the greeting you wish to change.” It is not clear how to in fact “Call the auto attendant.” Accessing the 209 voice mail box using the appropriate passcode and pressing the “*” key plays the night auto attendant greeting, while listening if one presses any digit the system transfers that call to the associated extension.
Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

In most cases if you follow these instructions http://www.telephonesystemsdirect.com/phones/changing-the-day-and-night-greeting-on-samsung-voicemails-svmi/ you should be able to redo your greetings.
When you access 209′s voicemail and press the * key you are hearing the auto-attendant greeting. You then need to press #0000 to access the admin mailbox.
