OfficeServ 7100, 7200 and 7400 telephone system installation tool – IS-TOOL V1.22 (080820) RELEASE UPGRADE PROCEDURE

The IS-TOOL V1.22 software supports the new V4.22 OfficeServ 7000 software release. You will have to upgrade the IS-TOOL program with this new software before you attempt to upgrade your OfficeServ 7000 Switch with V4.22 Release.

Here are the steps to upgrade your IS-TOOL:

1. Download the attached zipped file to the Dealer’s PC.
2. Double CLICK on your ZIPPED version of V1.22 IS-TOOL on your PC. You will see several files that were zipped.
3. Double CLICK on the SETUP.EXE file.
4. Select the REPAIR option to upgrade your IS-TOOL file. This is the default.
5. The Upgrade Program will complete the upgrade. Please check the IS-TOOL information tab and verify version V1.22 date code (080820).
6. You can now continue with the OS7000 Software Upgrade V4.22.
