After placing your order you will receive via email a copy of the invoice as well as a link to an online Programming Form. This information will allow us to custom program the telephone system for your company. A technician will call to verify that you received the link and go over any questions you might have. If you have questions about the form prior to this call or would like advice on the best set-up for your telephone system, please call our support staff at 866-898-2303. |

Once we receive your programming information, your system is assembled and programmed. Custom labels are printed for each telephone. Custom instructions for recording your various auto-attendant greetings are also printed. We record all of your auto-attendant greetings so the telephone system operates properly right out of the box. |

When the telephone system has been assembled and programmed, it is shipped from our office via UPS. We will call to find out when the system will be installed so we can have a technician available. Once you install the telephone system, we recommend that you call the technician so he can verify that your telephone lines and phones are operating properly. |

After the telephone system been in use, it is common to find small things that need to be tweaked. Simply call our Help Desk and a technican will either “walk” you through the changes via a telephone set or we will remotely access your system to make the changes. |
