OfficeServ LINK is the application gateway that provides the software Licensing and supports all the OfficeServ CTI applications (Call, Operator, Open TSP, and DataView). This is needed to support any OfficeServ application. 1 is required per iDCS/OS system. Also included with the OfficeServ LINK is OfficeServ Easy Set. This is a personal Keyset Admin/manager. This browser based application empowers each user to manage their own Keyset features like forwarding, speed dials, and messaging. This application only works with LAN connections and requires upgraded software.(Version 2.43 main control software or higher).
