Digital Station Ports

A port is a physical connection that allows an external communication device to interface to the Central Processing Unit (CPU) of a telephone system.

A digital station port connects a digital proprietary keyset to the CPU. A digital station card usually contains four, eight or sixteen ports, depending upon the manufacturer.
