MMC 200 - Opening Customer Programming

CUSTOMER ADMINISTRATOR PROGRAMMING:

Before any customer programs can be accessed, you must first open system programming using the passcode you have been assigned (1234). This must be done using a display keyset.

- While your handset is on-hook, (you can see the extension number, time & date on the display)

press TRANSFER.

and then dial 200.

-Dial the 4 digit passcode (1234).
The display shows [ENABLE CUS. PROG. - DISABLE].

-Dial 1 to enable.
The display shows [ENABLE CUS. PROG. - ENABLE].

-Press TRANSFER. The keyset returns to its idle condition (extension, time and date on the display).

-Now you can press TRANSFER and the 3 digit code (MMC) you want to access. You must do this within 30 seconds or the system will time out. Once in programming, any delay of 30 seconds or more will cause the system to automatically close programming.

Example - Changing the Time and Date...

Press TRANSFER 200, 1234, 1 and press TRANSFER.

Press TRANSFER 505.

Enter day of week, month, day, year, hours and minutes.
